Child Development Centers

The Child Development Program offers a tribally-owned child development center in both Concho and Clinton. Both centers are licensed by the State of Oklahoma Department of Health and Human Services (DHS) and are Two Star Facilities.
This Two Star status means:
• We provide a system to inform parents of the quality criteria attained by our childcare programs.
• We constantly work to improve the quality of our childcare by increasing the competence of our teachers.
• We work to raise the Department’s subsidy reimbursement rate so that more slots, and more opportunities, can be available for children whose families are receiving childcare assistance.
