Tinker Exchange

About Our Business

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service remains a team of dedicated people committed to increasing the value of the Exchange benefit while continuing to give back to the military community. We have proudly served America’s armed forces since 1895. Our focus has been on delivering quality goods and services at competitively low prices with superior service. Our Vision and Mission

Our customers can enjoy exchange benefits in many ways, and in many places as 'We Go Where You Go!'
  • Mission: We go where you go to improve your quality of life through the goods and services we provide.
  • Vision: To be the preferred retail and services provider for the military family through extraordinary customer service and value pricing.
  • Core Values: Family Serving Family, Respect Everyone, Courage to Use Good Judgment.

At war and in peacetime, the Exchange provides Soldiers and Airmen with the services and merchandise they need to make their lives more comfortable. The Exchange also maintains services and support to family members and troops back home.

The Exchange returns earnings to the Army and Air Force to improve troops’ quality of life and to provide a dividend to support MWR Services programs. Roughly two-thirds of The Exchange earnings are paid to MWR/ Services programs each year.

Become a Tinker Exchange Concessionaire

We are extending an invitation for you to sell your merchandise in the Exchange Mall on Tinker AFB, OKC. We have many concessionaires that set up on our kiosks or use their own unique set up designs. We do not charge rent or utilities; however, we do charge a fee percentage based on your net sales. The fees paid (weekly) to the Exchange (AAFES) is combined with our retail and food sales for the annual dividend returned to the installation’s Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) programs. Our dividends help to enrich the lives of those living and working on the installation. For example, improvements and maintenance for the parks, pools, bowling center, library, fitness and child development centers.

If you would like to visit the mall and enjoy lunch in our food court, he will be happy to provide you with a day pass to discuss further details about the fees, scheduling and set up options.
