Mini gourd painting is happening at the Cherokee National Prison Museum. Cornhusk flowers are being created at the Cherokee National Supreme Court Museum. Constructing turtle egg cartons will be going on at the John Ross Museum, and kids can make their own finger puppets at Sequoyahs Cabin Museum.

Sponsored by the Eastern Band of Cherokees, Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, the Keetowah Band of Oklahoma, , Tennessee State Parks and the Friends of Red Clay, you and your family are invited spend the weekend with us. See Cherokee demonstrators, entertainment, storytelling, Cherokee games, traditional dances and more. Don't miss out on an intense game of Stickball. The Cherokee Heritage Festival features some traditional foods (such as favorites like frybread) as well as contemporary favorites. All artisans are citizens of one of the three Cherokee Nations.
