The Muscogee (Creek) Nation is soliciting proposals from qualified construction firms to provide sub contracting services through a stipulated lump sum for the Sewell Property General Demolition and Clean‐up.
The Sewell Property is a 20‐acre piece of property owned by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation located in
Okmulgee, OK. The property is located at the intersection of OK‐51 and US‐62.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
The scope of work encompasses removal of multiple structures, removal of hazardous materials, and clean‐up of site in preparation for a future construction project. Tribal Construction Services will provide a detailed scope of work for your use with the stipulated sum.
Interested Parties should provide an RFP response to obtain the detailed scope of work. A mandatory Pre‐bid meeting is set for July 28, 2020 at 9:00am at the project site. The Muscogee
(Creek) Nation requires the following three bonds if the scope of work exceeds the cost of $50,000.00:

Wall size is 24'5"L x 13'4"W x 9'4"H with 8" concrete lid. All
penetrations, grout and reinforcement included as shown in the
