Lighthorse Police will be accepting bids for the purchase of six (6) 6500i Garret walk-through metal detectors and six (6) Superscanner V portable hand-held metal detectors (wands).

Bids will be accepted by email until August 12, 2021 at 5:00pm CST. Please email bids to anjones@muscogeenation.com.

Walk-through metal detectors will be installed at the Muscogee Nation Executive Office, District Court and Lighthorse Police buildings. Awarded vendor should be able to deliver and install metal detectors by December 31, 2021.

The Muscogee (Creek) Nation is soliciting proposals from qualified construction firms to provide general contracting services through a stipulated lump sum for the Dewar Indian Community Center Parking Lot Extension.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Dewar Indian Community Center Parking Lot Extension.is an existing property located in City of Dewar Oklahoma. The address to the main facility where work will be performed is 212 N Luella. Dewar, OK 74431

SCOPE OF SERVICE
The scope of work encompasses MILL& OVERLAY 2”-3” Asphalt for existing parking lot and add additional parking spaces as shown on plans. Tribal Construction Services will provide a bid
package for your use with the stipulated sum.

Interested Parties should provide an RFP response for the associated bid package.

It is the intent of the scope for the general contractor to include in his/her bid all construction, mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, site work, and finishes (flooring, ceiling, paint, etc.). A schedule of values for subcontractors with more than $5,000 worth of scope will be required with
all bids.

A mandatory Pre-bid meeting is set for Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 10:30am at Tribal Construction Conference Room. Solomon McCombs Building 1000 Bear Lane, Okmulgee, OK 74447.The Muscogee (Creek) Nation requires the following three bonds if the scope of work exceeds the cost of $50,000.00: Bid, Performance, and Payment. The major tasks for the project include, but will not be limited to, the following:

A non-mandatory public bid opening will be held on Friday August 13, 2021 at the Tribal Construction Office located on the Tribal Complex.

SELECTION & EVALUATION CRITERIA
Submissions will be evaluated by the selection committee based on the following criteria:
1. Creek CESO preference (0 or 10 points)
2. Proof of being a Creek-owned enterprise (0 or 5 points)
3. Resume of Individual Firm (0-10 points)
4. Experience / Qualifications (0-20 points)
5. Professional References (0-20 points)
6. Stipulated Sum with clear, itemized, descriptions (0-35 points)

Submission of proposals indicate bidder’s acceptance of the evaluation techniques and recognition that subjective judgements must be made by the Owner during the evaluation process.

The Owner makes no guarantee that an award will be made as a result of this RFP, and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, waive any informalities, irregularities, or minor
technical inconsistencies, or delete any item/requirement from this RFP or contract when deemed to be in the Owner’s best interest. Representations made within the qualifications submittal will be binding on responding firms.

All firms must submit one (1) written, 8.5x11 sealed proposal in an envelope and one (1) electronic
copy.
